Diners enjoy more options at Gilmore’s Pub

Fall begins with extended hours and new menus

One of the Cedar Valley’s best open-to-the-public restaurants is right here at Western Home Communities. Gilmore’s Pub now offers longer hours and a variety of menus sure to please diners of all ages.

“Patrons now have the option of breakfast, lunch and dinner at the pub as well as brunch on Sunday,” explained director of hospitality Randy Carlson.

“With the separate menus for breakfast/lunch and then dinner, we’re also able to provide more menu items and dinner entrees that are new, so this enhances the variety we’re offering,” says Barb Burbridge, manager of hospitality at Jorgensen Plaza.

“Most everything you can get at Sunday brunch will be available the rest of the week,” says dining manager Nichole Wollmuth.  “Happy hour, which is new, also offers $2 off wine, cocktails, draft beer and appetizers, from 2-4 p.m. Stop by and check us out for a great dining experience!”

Hours are 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday with a happy hour from 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. and 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Sunday.  Visit GilmoresPubCF.com and scroll down the page to see menus and monthly specials. You can also follow Gilmore’s Pub on Facebook and Instagram.
