We have a nurse on duty in the building 24/7 to help with any needs. Some assisted living providers only have someone on call overnight, but we believe it is safer to have someone actually in the building who can respond immediately.

No. We have not and will not. Such a practice is against our corporate integrity policies. Additionally, the State Department on Aging website tells consumers to be wary of using any agency that accepts referral fees from assisted living providers; if you’re not sure, you should ask. Many of these consulting services are free to families but, in reality, are being paid by the assisted living provider.
We have experienced directors of resident relations here to give tours, answer your questions and guide you through the entire process of becoming part of the WHC family. They have helped hundreds of families navigate the process. Feel free to contact them with your questions.
